All proposed locations have nearby circuits to tap from. 1. in the pantry against external wall where there’s a nearby outdoor GPO on the other side, fine to run conduit on the outside for this one. 2. In the dining area where there’s another GPO 3 meters to the right. 3. Near the top of the wall for a future motorised curtain rail. could tap from the lighting circuit for this one? 4. On the balcony against an external wall where there’s a GPO on the inside. Open to minor adjustments. Including labour + 3 Clipsal iconic GPO + 1 outdoor waterproof GPO + materials need a licensed electrician to complete the work and produce electrical compliance certificate for the installation

Fix plasterboard wall holes (gyprock repair, no painting needed) Description: I need a professional to repair 4 holes in a plasterboard (gyprock) wall. • Holes are medium size (approx 5–10 cm each) • I want a proper repair (patch, reinforce if needed, sand smooth) — not just filler, no bump • Must be ready for painting (I will paint myself) • Please bring your own tools and materials

Fix gyp rock and colour the patch

There is a decent sized hole in the wall, the wall itself is in a small laundry. The hole was caused when a house guest that was staying with us, used the dryer without opening the laundry. The laundry area is small, and it dampened the wall enough that when a basket was knocked into the wall, it created a hole. The wall and room are now fully dry. I am pregnant and my partner is constantly at work. I am happy to buy all the materials needed. I just dont know how to do the job properly. And as we live in a rental, I dont want to loose my bond over this silly incident. Please, I hope someone can help! I dont have the materials like plaster or paint here at home, but happy to pay for it or retrieve it before agreed day of appointment.
