I have a room of size 150x150x230 cms. I have stripped off wall tiles, just need cement rendering to do done on 4 walls of the room including the one with door. Total area to render is about 13sqm may be less.

Have LED sign with driver, studs and nuts that needs to be installed on a drywall in our office in Bankstown. Sign and bits for installation all available, may need additional electrical cable to connect sign. Layout paper to indicate where to drill holes also available. Driver is already plug based. Will also need a way to turn the sign off, no remote came with the sign. May need a switch to be installed or a convenient method to turn sign off.

Need two patio awnings installed over front door and back door. House is cladded weatherboard house with timber frame. Easy access. Ready anytime. Have purchased the awnings just need them fitted

Render double storey brick house - with the tint in render or paint after (whatever is cheaper).

Remove and dispose arm folding awning from a balcony and terminate the wires. Replace three aluminium sliding doors double rollers (Rollers will be supplied) some of the sliding doors handles are loose and need to be tightened.

The skylight and porch awning roof have lichen and other dirt which needs to be clean. Roof is terracotta tiles with skylight in centre. Skylight dimensions approx 5' x 1.5'. Porch has polycarbonate sheeting roof which is approx 8' x 14'. See pics below

Doors 1 and 2 slide quite well but are not straight. They are flush at the bottom and about 30mm gap at the top. Door 3 does not slide it all. The upper track appears to have a bend in it. Not interested in paying cash and having my money stuck in airtasker. Be open and honest and we will both get the result we want If you need parts such as sliding door tracks consider that in your quote.

Patch / render cracks on walls on a 2 bedroom house. Most notable cracks are attached. Other noticeable ones look to be minor. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 14 February 2024
