Got a hole at my room need to be fixed with the same colour as the room

I have got a hole in the wall in my room which needs to be fixed.

Due to a strong wind, one section of windows' awnings flew off and smashed. We bought a replacement, which is a different model as the previous model discontinued and can't be found anywhere. Require assistance with installation. The window's awnings are above a unit balcony window. Will provide a picture. Thank you.

Straight drop verandah awning to fit to a unit balcony at Zetland. Awning is 5 metres wide, & too big to take in elevator or up stairs. It will need to be winched up from the complex common yard, to unit on 2nd floor. Awning is bottom roll type, with straps holding at the bottom,& main top batten is fixed to ceiling of balcony, which is cement.

Remove mix of lime, sand and cement render from 3 rooms of house and put the mess in skip bin on site. No damage to be done to ceilings on site.
