Could do it myself, but it would void the warranty & my insurance 😅, hence, need a licensed electrician to carry out the installation. A external mount is fine; no need to chase the wall. I want someone to install a built in for one bedroom

I need two power points replaced in my unit. One is in the kitchen, where I accidentally broke the mounting plate/holder while unplugging a toaster. See first two photos. The second is an outdoor power point with a loose plastic housing, so I would like the entire unit replaced. See last photo. I will purchase the replacement power points from Bunnings, so I only require installation. There is no urgency, and I am flexible with timing. Could you please provide me with a quote for the work? I have a 90 inch TV and I want to install a full motion bracket to hold the weight. I thought a timber board from bunnings 1800mm x 600-900mm x 26-33mm and screw the board onto the 3 metal beams. It would be a flush finish so would need a router with a 40mm wide bit. Also would need to be plastered over again since it is dry wall. I am open to other ideas as well?

Need to repair damage done to part of a gyprock wall

I would like an experienced carpenter/builder to rebuild the lower section of a gyprock wall (laundry) where moisture has caused the timber bottom plate and bottom of studs to rot & crumble away. In 2-5 years, I would like to rebuild this entire room (as understand the issue is bigger than this one wall!), but for now, would simply like the wall made structurally sound and rotten material replaced with moisture-resistant alternatives to buy me some time before I plan a bigger renovation. Will need to make the studs structurally sound (add something to support them at the bottom as no longer touching concrete base), add new bottom plate (something moisture-resistant please), and replace the missing gyprock & door framing. I've removed lots of the damaged materials so you can clearly see the issue!

Balcony was re-water proofed and re-tiled. 3 sets of railings need to be re-installed at the base, as well as 3 sections of the railing re-welded as per pictures. Must be qualified and have experience with this type of task. Task is for a quote.
