Doing an apartment renovation and upon ripping out the kitchen, discovered that the plasterboard behind the kitchen was water damaged and needed to be removed. Hoping to have new plasterboard installed in time for the new kitchen joinery to be installed.

One of my awnings got blown off by wind and I had to throw it away. The bars are still attached and in place, so I’m guessing a new shade is required that can be fixed on the existing bar. 4 sheets of gyprock are up, taped. Needs sanding and top coat done. Cornices installed.

The neighbours awning gutter has fall coming to my awning causing my one to rot . I need it replaced and the flow to go back to neighbour where the down pipe is.

Half the height of 3 walls in a bedroom has been rerendered due to rising damp remediation. It needs a super thin coat of plaster to even it out. There is also two little spots in the hallway that need to be plastered as well.
