Hello, I’m after a quote for a full install job. Ideally from one person/team who can handle electrical, plumbing and tiling, rather than juggling multiple trades. The job: Installing a Japanese electric bidet toilet seat (TOTO washlet, or similar) onto a wall-hung toilet with a concealed in-wall cistern Nearest power point is currently up near the top shelf (see photo). Needs relocating closer to the toilet so the bidet can be plugged in safely and within bathroom electrical "zone" rules (AS/NZS3000) Will likely need a few tiles removed to run new wiring down to the toilet, then re-tiled/made good afterwards Also need the water supply connected to the bidet unit (usually taps off the existing toilet supply line) 2 toilets/bathrooms need this done, same setup in both Bidet unit: Haven't purchased yet. Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a hole in an internal plasterboard (drywall) wall. The job includes: * Removing all damaged plasterboard. * Installing new plasterboard with proper backing/support if required. * Taping and setting the joints. * Sanding the repaired area smooth. * Priming and painting to match the existing wall. * Blending the repair so there are no visible patches, uneven texture, or colour differences. The finished result should be restored to its original condition, with no visible evidence that the wall was previously damaged. Please bring all necessary tools and materials. Photos of the damage are attached.

Carpenter-installed built-in robes (IKEA PAX framed in MDF) with custom doors arriving ~50-60mm too tall for the opening. The kick panel needs trimming down — doors can't be cut as they have an integrated trim. Original carpenter (family from out of state) is unavailable, so looking for someone to cut the MDF kick panel in situ. Doors are unhung and would be great to be fitted on the day.

Scope of work: Check and scan the wall for electrical wiring and plumbing before drilling. Supply and use appropriate plasterboard fixings/anchors suitable for an LED mirror Install the mirror securely, level, and aligned Bring your own tools and wall scanner/stud finder The mirror is designed for bathroom use (IP44 rated) and will be mounted vertically. Please let me know if you have experience installing mirrors and LED mirrors. Happy to share photos of the wall and mirror if needed.

We have a plaster ceiling rose (10kg) and a pendant chandelier (-8kg) which we need mounted on a. Plaster roof. Electrical Cable already run and currently hanging from ceiling (see pic). A hole has also been cut in the in the floor on the level above to give access to the rafters and wires in the void above where the chandelier is going. We need someone (preferably licensed electrician who is also a handyman/plasterer/carpenter type) to: 1. Mount the rose 2. Mount and wire up the chandelier 3. Re-seal the hole in the floor above where access to the roof void has been given 4. Make sure it’s all neat and tidy.
