Remove adhesive and fix wall underneath. Looks like plasterboard, I have started the job and some of the wall has been damaged from the glue. I have paint for the walls once fixed to paint myself so can just be fixed with white. May need new gyprock sheet

Need a small box built to cover an exposed pipe. The box will have two 90° corners, a vertical bulkhead to run around, and needs to join the bottom of the bulkhead. Photos of the piping are provided. The other part is a gap in the bulkhead that was an access point needs covering ready for painting. Approx. size for gap in bulkhead: 600–500mm. It’s not the one in the picture. Forgot to get a picture of this. Requirements: • Material: MDF preferred (gyprock may be needed for bulkhead section) • Smooth, paint-ready finish • Screw/fill and sand holes Skills needed: Carpenter / Drywaller with experience in small boxing or feature walls. Only one power point with one outlet in living room so want to put in 2-3 more power points by running an extension line. Tasker came over and then failed to complete the job. Initially wanted to clip down the cord but then told me it wouldn’t look good so couldn’t do it, also said he didn’t have conduit to do the job and left second power point unconnected and wonky. Suggested someone run a conduit to connect new power points. I have purchased 3x power points + housing and if possible another antenna outlet on correct side of the room and power point on wall on other side of entrance. Please see photos. Can purchase conduit (probably 16m so about 30) eg. any necessary material needed

The ceiling in our hostel hallway (Lvl M) has been damaged due to water leakage, and a section of it needs to be renewed. There is a hole in the ceiling, approximately 50 cm in size, that requires plastering and repair. The task involves repairing the wall and reattaching a metal panel that became detached due to water leakage. The leakage compromised the structural integrity of the area, causing the panel to come loose. The job requires thorough inspection, plastering, and the careful reinstallation of the metal panel.

We have a 26kg tv, 65", that needs to be mounted onto white drywall. The drywall has a few studs but might not have studs for where it needs to be placed. So we're looking for someone who can mount that onto drywall using anchor mounts if need be, just in case there are no studs. We want a tilting bracket (vertical up down, horizontal tilt not required) for the TV, we're happy to pay up to $80 for that on top of the cost of this ad. I will be home to assist you, i'm tall and strong so I can assist with holding the weight.
