We’re renovating a small bathroom and small ensuite in our Bondi apartment. Both rooms will be fully demolished by tomorrow and tiled walls removed, which has taken some of the cement render off the underlying block/brick walls in places. We need these wall areas rendered and ready for tiling before our tiler comes through. Total area is approximately 22m² across both rooms. Scope: • Patch and render exposed brick/block sections back to a flat, tile-ready finish • Blend with existing surrounding render where it hasn’t been removed • Ensure walls are square and true for tiling (waterproofing to follow separately) Timing: Tiler is booked in late next week - anytime from Saturday onwards. I need a fully licensed electrician to install a new power point in my garage, run from the main switchboard. I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. I will need someone available next week as the day and time will depend on when the render dries. Photo of finished job attached.

I have two apartments with fake brick fireplaces in them. I would like to have them both rendered to be nice and neat. I have provided before and after photos.

Need some one who can: 1) render bricks walls where the render has cracked down to the bricks from screws from the other side. 2) patch about 8 to 10 screw holes with render from previous installs Render has a slight texture to it so will need to match in someway.

Description Need gyprock repaired and painted to match existing. Wall Repair damaged gyprock around power point and wall above, including replacing missing section, tape, set, sand, prime and paint. Power point faceplate to be removed and refitted safely. Ceiling Repair hole and crack line, tape, set, sand, prime stain block if needed and paint ceiling to blend.

I have a 15cm x 15cm approx corner of ceiling that needs to be cut out and re patched with gyprock and then sanded and a coat of paint, to make it tie in again with the rest of the ceiling .

Seeking quote for installation of 3x ceiling fans in my apartment, and power point in garage. Currently have standard ceiling lights in the two bedrooms and living room which I would like to replace with ceiling fans (with lights). I am also seeking to have a power point installed in my garage. There is currently a light in there but no power point. Photos of lights and garage attached.
