Just bought a bath tub, need it to be connected to our drain pipe properly

I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. I have a skew toilet and everkare toilet seat that needs to be installed onto the toilet. Have showed the current skew fitting and distance to centre of current pipe and the back of the new toilet pan and fittings in the photos. A few things to consider - a) Current centre of pipe is about 17/18cms. New toilet centre of pipe is 12cms so the skew pipe will need to come closer towards the wall to match b) Cistern water tap is left side of the toilet, one tile needs to be removed and pipe moved roughly 10cms over to fit properly. The tile is 60cm x 30cm and we have spares if damaged. We just need a plumber to disconnect the bath tub because we’re getting rid of it and installing a new one

The taps in my shop kitchen are leaking. We have replaced the washers but still not working. Potentially the pipes in the wall need to be replaced. Please quote for repair tomorrow.
