I need help to repair or replace ONE faulty isolation valve, which appears to be the main cold water shut-off for my apartment, located next to the hot water shut-off. Important: I am not looking for assessment/inspection only. I’m looking for someone who can fix the issue on the same visit, if possible, or at least provide a clear price to repair or replace, not just a call-out fee. Details: • Hot water shut-off works normally • Cold water shut-off turns but does not isolate the water at all • This issue has been reported multiple times to my property manager / strata, but unfortunately no action has been taken I understand this may be a strata/common property issue. Lot of Water is collecting at top the inside of fridge (F&P E381TLT2)then dripping down. It seems to get worse during warm weather or if we open and close fridge often. Have tested the temperature inside fridge and it is at 3-4°. I personally can't see any ice/debris blocking drainage pipe but maybe there is.
