Partially blocked bathroom sink - water sits in the basin and drains very slowly. Has been getting gradually worse the last 2 weeks. Tried using Drano but didn't really help. Looking for someone to clear the blockage (likely needs a drain snake).

Hot water pipe under bathroom sink suddenly started leaking last night. Hot water turned off at hot water heater stopped leak. Need fix + quote for bathroom renovation

The kitchen tap constantly leaking

Hot water heater has a slow leak. It’s coming from the connections up top. Photos and video attached. I have a video I can send through which shows it better

Shower head constantly leaking no matter how tightly closed the hot & cold taps are. Already changed shower head but didn’t fix anything. Reckon internal taps need to be tightened. Shower head also slightly loose.
