The TECE cistern in our inbuilt toilet is leaking down into the toilet. It is leaking through the valve of the cistern ie not an overflow issue.

The guests in our apartment can’t seem to be able to get hot water. We need assistance as soon as possible

Hot water pipe under bathroom sink suddenly started leaking last night. Hot water turned off at hot water heater stopped leak. Need fix + quote for bathroom renovation

Shower head constantly leaking no matter how tightly closed the hot & cold taps are. Already changed shower head but didn’t fix anything. Reckon internal taps need to be tightened. Shower head also slightly loose.

Water is flowing down our kitchen sink, but it is has a bad smell. When you look down it with a torch you can see there is water staying there.

Kitchen Mixer tap leaking when in hot water position (whether tap is running or not). Leak worse when tap is running. See video for detail. Suspect faulty cartridge, so Tasker must carry spares. I need a dripping shower tap fixed. The grub screws are already missing however the end of the tap is stuck on and therefore I can’t replace the washer. I’m unsure if the handle has been calcified on or why it won’t come off. I’ve added the last two photos showing the inside of another tap in the house which is the same type/brand. I’m unsure what the brand is. Could purchase one or more of the attached taps if a replacement is needed but unsure if they would be compatible.
