Find an experienced plumber in North Bondi

Need to replace a toilet seat - I have ordered the new one, just need someone to remove the old one and attach the new one. Less than 10min job for someone handy.

Pump for the cold water tap is not dispensing water. Water filter has been replaced with new. Hot water tap is working fine. The zip hydro unit is about 8 years old. Last major service was done about 2 years ago, with no major repairs needed at the time.

Need washer to be disconnected. It’s in a tight spot and I can’t reach the hoses. I’ve got movers coming at 7am but they won’t disconnect the water. Need a lifesaver who can get to north bondi early 9th May to disconnect please!!

The semi is missing an outside water shut off valve, trust me…it was overlooked by the plumber doing renos 10 years ago Ideally to be fitted next to the water gauge as shown in photos. The horizontal pipe will need to be frozen. To be clear, there is currently NO WAY to shut off water to the house. That is the reason for the request, to freeze the pipe shown in photo and install the water shut off valve. All inside water taps have shut off valves. The outside taps on the semi (there are 2) cannot be shut off. In addition, replace washers in n leaking outdoor shower - Due date: Flexible
