Find an experienced plumber in Bondi Beach

Licensed plumber/appliance installer needed ASAP to assess washing machine installation in apartment communal laundry. I have been told there is a designated space in the communal laundry for my unit to have its own washing machine. However, there are already other residents’ machines in the laundry and I cannot see how another machine can be safely installed in the available space. I am looking for someone experienced to come to the property and assess the setup, existing plumbing and available space, and work out a safe solution for installing my own washing machine. I have not purchased the washing machine yet, as I would ideally like advice on what size/type of machine will work with the space before buying one. If a platform, frame, plumbing modification or other solution is required, I would also like advice on this and ideally someone who can complete the work once we determine what is needed. I can provide photos of the current laundry setup before attending. Looking to have this assessed and resolved as soon as possible. Budget is for initial assessment/site visit only. We have two onsite bathrooms which have no running hot water and a toilet that doesn't work (we rent the space and it's been like that since we took over). Looking for someone to assess whether we can get hot water running and for an assessment on the toilet situ. price is for initial assessment

Need helping installing a new Kogan washing machine. It’s got all the pipes. The bit I’m unclear about it how to attach it to the water source. I’ve attached a photo of the boiler and various pipes. There isn’t an obvious tap but the previous tenant had a washing machine connected so I’m sure this is very simple to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Use plumbing spanner to undo housing for water cartridges (my plastic spanner broke when I was trying and I’m not strong enough)

I have a water filter for my shower. Simple installation , just need to bring a wrench and be able to remove the shower head to attach the filter. I have the thread seal tape.

Three jobs in our guest bathroom, one visit. VANITY SWAP: Remove existing 400mm wall-hung vanity (central floor leg + wall brackets) and install new 450mm freestanding Estilo vanity (semi-recessed basin), supplied on site. TOP PRIORITY: don't crack/chip the wall tiles — cut silicone and back screws out carefully; fill old holes. Assemble unit (4 adjustable legs + kickboard), seat and silicone the basin, fit 32mm waste, set leg height (~890-900mm if achievable). Reconnect supply (reuse existing valves/flexi hoses if sound) and waste via P-trap to existing wall outlet; cabinet back may need holes drilled. Silicone to wall, check for leaks, remove old vanity + rubbish. TAP & WASTE: Reuse existing chrome mixer and 32mm waste if sound. If not, buy replacement (single-hole mixer / 32mm overflow waste) from Bunnings — reimbursed with receipt, flag cost first. TOILET SEAT: Loose and uneven — re-secure level; tighten or replace fixings if worn. GLASS SHELF: Loose at one bracket, sitting on a decline — re-anchor so it sits level. REQUIREMENTS: Licensed plumber (NSW). Bring wet-area silicone, tools, drill, wall anchors. MATERIALS: Vanity supplied on site. Any replacement tap/waste from Bunnings, reimbursed with receipt. Disconnect and remove existing kitchen tap, and install new one (tap already supplied).

We need a plumber to supply and replace tempering valve as our hot water no longer goes hot

The split joint below the bathroom sink plug is leaking… I tried to tighten it but it just seemed to make the problem worse… I assume the washer inside or some sealant has deteriorated and needs replacing and the whole joint tightened up properly

Old dishwasher to be unplugged and new dishwasher installed.
