- Toilet is hissing and doesn't really flush - Want someone to check and fix it

We need a licensed plumber to fix the lower shower pressure and address hot water issues. Apparently the hot water runs out after 2-4 minutes in the shower, despite the sink running hot.

Toilet has an ear flushing mechanism and only the half flush is working properly. Also I have a miele dishwasher which is not cleaning things properly.
