Kitchen mixer tap — single lever mixer (Grohe-style) has been partly disassembled. Cartridge is stuck and needs to be removed and replaced. Under-sink hot water isolation valve — the hot side isolation valve is faulty and won't shut off.
Damien and his offsider did a good job replacing our kitchen mixer tap.
