Take out small kitchen, disconnect and remove appliances and dispose of everything. Clear space to prepare for new floor and kitchen. Must be able to disconnect the gas, electron and water from appliances and leave safely for reconnection.

Job took less than 5 minutes. Far easier than expected. Not his fault. Paid full agreed $200. Fair enough. Jake promised to come back to assist me with another small job when I got the part but then never showed up nor even bothered to respond to 4 text messages. Unimpressed and irritated.
