Garden tap is leaking. There is also a copper pipe that comes out of it for garden irrigation. I need a new small connection out of it so I can attach a plastic irrigation tube.

I need advice on what shower set & sink tap I would need to purchase for it to be replaced and fit. Also advice if the drains can be replaced. (I would then be looking to get someone to install these items, in a new task)
