Two internally leaking Caroma toilets, got told the outlet valves need to be replaced. The person who was going to come and do this can no longer come today

We have a leak under our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Every so often water comes through to the cupboard and draws under both. We’ve tried tightening under the kitchen sink but that hasn’t fixed the issue.

Blocked toilet. Water goes up to the top of bowl after flushing and is draining very slowly.

Hi I have a leaking shower head, it’s leaking hot water and the hot water tap won’t actually turn off properly. Preferably if someone could come between 10am - 12pm tomorrow

- Fix a wobbly toilet seat - Rehang a sliding wardrobe door that has come off the tracks - Install 4x hooks on the back of a door (we have the hooks) - fix 2x kitchen cupboards that are not closing properly

Toilet has been blocked we have tried the plunger, but had no success. Need done pretty quickly. It's an older style apartment second level unit and the piping is accessible via a ladder outside the bathroom window.

Replace toilet lid that is broken off and tighten toilet seat on another. You will need to bring the new toilet seat which is in the quote price.

We played around with pipes under our sink and now they are leaking and need someone to tighten them (kinetic tape should probably do it). We also have a small leak in the built in dishwasher door and need someone to sort it out.

2 level unit. The water closet is on bottom level- one level above ground. There is a smell that comes and goes, it seems directly from the toilet bowl. Upper level (top roof level of unit) has main bathroom and I it seems to worsen when upstairs shower is used. Wax seal is fine, camera checked the flange is not loose. All traps are used regularly so not dried out. I've had drains jet blasted but the plumber could not diagnose and the smell remains. When the upstairs floor waste was blasted, the smell from the downstairs water closet was overpowering. Not sure if it's the vent pipe? Please include offer to diagnose and remedy the issue
