Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to install an under-sink reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system in my kitchen. It’s a double sink setup with limited space, so I’m leaning towards a tankless RO system (e.g. Waterdrop or similar), but I’m open to advice if a small tank system could fit better.

My balcony is being re-tiled so the old watering pipes have been pulled out. Need to lay new piping ready for plants across the space.

First task: We need a handyman to replace our current outdoor single-sided door knob with a double-sided knob. Optional: The door wood may also need to be planed, as it has swollen over time, likely due to humidity and age. Second task : We also need to install a proper shower head bracket , as the new shower head doesn’t fit our current setup. We haven’t purchased any items yet, as we are unsure what will fit, so we need someone who can come with the proper tools and equipment. Please watch carefully the photos and/ or ask for specifics ones if needed.

Fix running toilet cistern

Our toilet is clogged and seems to be connected to the washing machine, so both have stopped working. Need a plumber to identify and fix the issue

My window sill is leaking and there’s water coming into the room. We are going through litres of water through the night with this rain. I live in an apartment with no balcony attached. We live in an older red brick building and we have had problems on this side of the house for all apartments. However, the water seeping in has gotten much worse.

Toilet taking over 10 mins to drain and refill, hoping someone can come past and fix.

We’ve identified leaks in two pedestal basins and are looking for a plumber to access and repair the problem. Both basins will require removal and refitting to resolve the leaks properly.

We have a hole in our hot water pipe in the ground. The water is coming up - refer to pictures. Need a leak doctor who can tell me where the leak is, so I can let it fix or maybe direct you if you have a quick way to get this done without making a big hole in my house (if the leak is in there)

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

Toilet stop cock not working - water continuously running

The pool filter drain pipe has fractured and I can’t backwash until it Is repaired. Pump and filter are in a pit in our courtyard, access is a little cramped but OK. Basically the section of PVC needs to be cut out and replaced , may need the bends replaced as well due to the location of the crack.

Like for like replacement of tapware - shower head, bath spout, 2 sets of taps and sink mixer. Caulking of bath to be done too. Please also hang towel rail, robe hooks etc. Would prefer this task to be done this afternoon as previously scheduled. Building water needs to be turned off and tenants have already been notified (it’s a very old building). I don’t want to inconvenience my neighbours any further. Plumber assigned cancelled last minute. Want to pay what I had already agreed upon.
