First task: We need a handyman to replace our current outdoor single-sided door knob with a double-sided knob. Optional: The door wood may also need to be planed, as it has swollen over time, likely due to humidity and age. Second task : We also need to install a proper shower head bracket , as the new shower head doesn’t fit our current setup. We haven’t purchased any items yet, as we are unsure what will fit, so we need someone who can come with the proper tools and equipment. The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.
