On our property (a strata block of 9) there is an external building for laundry. There is a drain connected to the laundry and it overflows. The cause of this is due to a tree and its roots. It has been hacked down and now we require an electric eel to cut away any remaining roots within the drain. Arrow in the attached images show the location of the blocked drain.
