I have a new 45cm integrated IKEA dishwasher, which needs the panel correctly affixed to the front and then install in to existing kitchen.

My kitchen sink has just broken out of the kitchen bench and needs to be put back together. I think it was just glued in (obviously that wasn’t done well as this has happened to a lot of people in the building)

Job will suit plumber or qualified handyman (approx 30 minutes). Replace kitchen sink mixer tap. I have new tap a Caroma Husk Sink Mixer. Remove old tap install new Caroma.

My son stood on the tap & it’s snapped - needs to be replaced - we’d need you to get the replacement part & install it.

Hi, I’m looking for a qualified handyman or waterproofing expert to help fix a water leakage issue in my house (located in Dover Heights, NSW 2030). Problem Description: • Water leaks into the indoor tiled area from the balcony during heavy rain. • The balcony is slightly higher than the indoor floor, causing water to flow inside. • The water appears to be coming through a drainage hole or pipe near the floor. • You can see from the attached photo that we currently have to use towels to stop the water. What I Need: • On-site inspection to identify the exact source of the leak. • Repair or install proper drainage to redirect water outside. • Seal or waterproof the base of the door frame/walls to prevent future leaks. Requirements: • Must have relevant waterproofing/building license in NSW. • Must offer a guarantee on the work. • Bring your own tools and materials (we can discuss this further after inspection).

Removal of acoustic lagging from internal PVC waste pipe and replacement of lagging. There has been a leak at some point and the existing lagging is perished. All casing has been removed prior to the work being undertaken. Replacement of wooden casings not required. Pipe is approximately 5 m long. Additional photos to follow.

A significant leak is coming from my integrated Siemens dishwasher. I need someone to identify it and fix the issue.
