We have hot water in the morning and cold water in the evening. I understand this is a regular problem. Once the issue is confirmed and we know what is required and we discuss cost of the job.

Install 3 x removable washing lines on the balcony. Use plastic covered stainless steel, wall hooks and turnbuckles.

My shower is leaking water onto the bathroom floor. The water seems to be getting through a small gap/hole in the corner of the shower and coming out underneath, making a mess on the floor. I need someone to: • Inspect the corner of the shower where the water is getting through • Remove old silicone/sealant if needed • Properly reseal the area with waterproof bathroom silicone • Make sure the shower is watertight and no longer leaks The shower is in my apartment in Bronte Ideally someone experienced with bathroom sealing / handyman / plumbing work. Flexible with time but would like this fixed as soon as possible. Please bring the tools and silicone sealant needed for the job.

Toilet is blocked and I’ve put eco enzymes in it but hasn’t helped. I’m on level 1 of an apartment.

Our tap head is missing the mesh component of the Aerator so water is splashing everywhere. I’ve tried to remove the old tap head and replace it but have had no luck. Need someone handy to get this old tap piece off!

The water pipes and drainage is going from outside and bathroom underneath the wooden floor boards. What spot would be best ( we would love next to the outside wall however further from all the pipes and water drain). Would love a quote and your opinion.

Our double kitchen sink is leaking from the plug on one side. The plug appears to have come away from the plumbing under the sink and has started leaking in to the kitchen cupboard.

Remove the old zip tap set up and replace with a new Philips hot and ambient tap system.

I recently replaced a hot water system and the old one is sitting out the back of my apartment. It can be picked up and disposed of at any time that suits you. It's about 1m high, 40cm across.

Remove one mixer and replace with another. Pretty easy job.

Our laundry tub has been leaking for a few days now. We believe it is the either the hot water supply or the tapware which is an old washer style tap. The pipes that supply the water are old copper pipes and the drainage is a PVC pipe. Access to the laundry tub can be difficult due to the location of the washing machine and dryer which are stacked. Ideally, we want to get it fixed this week.
