Kitchen tap needs to be replaced/ and or fixed it's unusable at the moment due to a significant leak. Bathroom toilet seems to have a slight leak when flushed but importantly the flow from the sink seems to be going to the toilet so need to get that investigated / fixed too.

Task Description: Looking for an experienced plumber to swap out our kitchen sink mixer tap. It should be a straightforward swap. The Details: • What needs removing: A standard black gooseneck mixer tap mounted on a stone benchtop. • What needs installing: A brand new Caroma Husk sink mixer (chrome, retractable dual spray). It is brand new in the box with all parts and hoses included. • Location details: Standard under-sink access. Requirements: • Please bring your own tools and any standard consumables (like plumbers tape) needed for the job. • Must ensure there are no leaks once installed and tested. • Please take the old tap and any packaging away with you. I have attached photos of the current tap and the box for the new one so you know exactly what you are working with.

Pick up standard washing machine from Bellevue Hill and take to Clovelly. Install replacement machine. Optional to remove and keep old machine free of charge. Pic is of the old washing machine that needs removing.

shut-off valve on our side of house water meter is leaking steadily and getting worse, water board won't address as its over 1 meter from property boundary. Easily accessible, in front garden above ground. I think it needs a pipe freeze then washer change.

Switch board blew in storm a few weeks ago and we haven’t had hot water since. There is a slight hint of very minimal warmth then straight back to cold Switch board is all working. Hot water system is on under the house …. Please see attached photo of system lights

About a year ago we got water in during a really big storm. To the best of my knowledge it has never happened before or since but I want to wallpaper the wall so I need to know it's fixed

We have a very old dishwasher (see photo) which works, however is only washing with cold water. We are renovating the house in c.6 months so just need to fix the current dishwasher to the extent possible prior to getting a new one.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Job involved replacing both hinges for toilet seat to attach to new hinges

Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

I’ve had water leaking into carpet outside my ensuite which I believe is due to failed waterproofing in the shower recess
