Would like to seek your help with resolving an ongoing issues with hot water supply in my shower in the master room of the Vision apartment in Melbourne city It has taken a much longer time for hot water to run through, even hot water comes out，but not stable. Whilst the hot water would pretty much come out straight away through water tap in the kitchen and through another shower head in another bathroom. I have a new billi tap, the yellow lights flashing which I think means it’s needs a service I’d also like to get the hot water function working if possible too please.

I need to install an electric bidet on a toilet. But the water tap is inside the cistern so I'm not sure how it could be taken out. There are also water taps on the ceiling. It requires backflow prevention as well.
