We have an existing spare toilet that is quite old and not working properly. We are looking to replace it with the Posh Domaine Round Close Coupled Back to Wall Rimless Back Inlet Toilet Suite with S (from Reece). See the specs and photo in the photos section. We will provide the new toilet. The current water inlet position may need changing to install the toilet properly. We can repair the plaster wall once the job is complete.

The leak in the shower behind the tiles needs checking. Timber framework behind tiles damp - may need replacing. Original tiles need refitting to shower wall. New grout. It is a 1970’s shower over a bath. Ability needed to contact person to discuss repair details.

My toilet sink water has been running very slow and progressively getting worse throughout the weeks.

The pilot light for the hot water system keeps turning off. - I can turn it back on fine but it keeps turning off every one to two days - Doesn't seem to be because of the weather, it turns off on mild days too - Sometimes it turns off after a hot shower or alot of usage Looking for a licenced plumber to help service. This leak appears to be getting worse, it's in my daughters bedroom in my apartment in ringwood. I have asked body corporate, and despite the entire building being full of leaks I have to investigate. Its in the roof just near the wardrobe, near the bathroom. I've stuck my head Inside the"mamhole " amd can see a lot of pipes and joins.
