Rain water storage tank currently has water slowly leaking out of bottom portion as shown in the picture. Tried few times putting a patch of water proof tape from Bunnings; but they cant stop the water leak or eventually comes out after few weeks. The small electric motor that pumps water out of the tank for gardening usage through normal hose pipe has gone faulty as well. Old pump was sparingly used, mainly during summer season.
