Re-caulking the kitchen sink, around 3 meters in length. The mixer tap head is leaking, I need to know if it can be fixed.

Rain water storage tank currently has water slowly leaking out of bottom portion as shown in the picture. Tried few times putting a patch of water proof tape from Bunnings; but they cant stop the water leak or eventually comes out after few weeks. The small electric motor that pumps water out of the tank for gardening usage through normal hose pipe has gone faulty as well. Old pump was sparingly used, mainly during summer season. Looking for quotes for more permanent fix to repair the water leak and installing a new budget priced motor.

Hi I need fix the freestanding wardrove to the wall, and also fix the toilet seat that is loose. 1 kitchen cupboard doors which has come off the hinge and another cupboard, the one aboce, is misaligned, also need attention. Thanks

Looking for someone to help with removal and replacement of bathroom taps as well as removal of existing (2 drain) kitchen sink and replacement with new (single drain) basin sink. Taps and Sink provided. Very likely plumbing under sink will need to be redone to accomodate one drain as opposed to two. Quote to include all labor, sealant, pvc parts.

I’ve already purchased black taps & spouts. I just need a plumber who has the tools & knowledge to change over my old ones to new ones in my laundry (1 spout & 2 taps), main bathroom (spout & 2 bath taps & 2 shower taps), and en-suite (2 shower taps only). Hubby tried but could only do a couple of mixers then gave up. I have no idea on cost for labour, so just putting $5, but you can guide me. I’m negotiable on the day, but ideally on the weekend or next week on Tuesday or Wednesday, as someone needs to be home from work.

Toilet seat needs to be resealed with silicone to the floor as the existing one is coming off. Flush down button works on the cistern but needs to be looked at as the full flush button doesn’t work properly.

Fridge line needs to be connected to water under the house. I've run the hose, just needs to be connected. (3/4" I think) Fridge specifications are in the images along with the location and proximity to existing water (<a metre). Qualifications/certified are a bonus for insurance purposes. I'm hoping to build a relationship with a good plumber. No rush - This week or next suits Cheers Bazz
