I have purchased a new kitchen tap. Went to replace it but it looks like I’ll need a thread reducer from the tap connection to the new tap fitting. Need you to replace the tap and supply the required fitting. Please quote WITHOUT the new reducer fitting cost, as I will reimburse directly in person (I believe they are about $6, but not sure which size). It is a mixer tap. Photos will be provided

We need to have our current Kitchen sink and faucet removed, which is a currently undermounted, and replaced with a sink and faucet we have bought to be installed as top mounted. Please note, top mounted sink may need the counter top to be cut a little to fit.

I discovered a small part of rain water down pipe is broken, rainwater came out from the spot, instead flow to drain.

Currently I have a hot water storage tank that is leaking hot water out of the relief valve constantly. It's happened for quite a while, but I never really thought about it being a problem till I've noticed it recently letting out a LOT of water constantly.

I am living in a rental property, I am looking for assistance to replace the overhead shower by a handheld shower, which can be reverted back easily myself when I move out. Please refer to the photos for my original shower, and the new shower set up I want to have.

Water backs up or overflows nearby (see photo). It looks like there’s a blockage somewhere in the drainage or stormwater line.
