The drains in my house are blocked causing kitchen and laundry sink to overflow and not drain. Bathroom sink, shower and toilet are also affected. I’ve tried drain gels and cleaning out pipe under kitchen sink, but not working so problem is deeper along pipeline.

I’m looking for someone experienced with shower leak repairs to: • Inspect the shower area to confirm whether the issue is failed seals or something more serious (e.g. waterproofing/membrane issue) • Remove old silicone • Ensure the area is properly dry • Apply new bathroom-grade silicone to reseal Please include your experience with shower resealing or leak repairs when making an offer. I want the issue assessed properly, not just silicone applied without checking. Shower is a standard apartment bathroom. Wednesday 4th finished by 1pm or Thursday/Friday.
