I have an AQUATIZ D-Shape electric smart toilet seat (already purchased) that needs a licensed plumber to connect the water supply. The toilet is a close-coupled suite with a fully accessible cistern. Inside the cistern there is an existing chrome isolation valve and braided hose — the job is to fit a T-adapter onto the existing isolation valve, run the new bidet hose over the cistern wall and connect it to the seat inlet. What I'll have done before you arrive: • Old seat removed • Bidet seat bracket mounted on pan • Bidet seat attached and ready What I need you to do: • Fit T-adapter to existing isolation valve inside cistern • Connect bidet water hose • Turn on and check for leaks I believe I have the required parts ready (see photos). There is a small toilet block with 2 stalls and a urinal that is shared between 3 small shops. Its in rough condition as it's not been owned or maintained by anyone for a long time. There is a few issues I'd like to get some help with: - urinal is blocked (tried various times to plunger it and that helps as a very temporary fix) - one of the out pipes of one of the toilets leaks heavily - one of the pipes next to the sink leaks a little as well. - separately in the shop there is a single copper pipe under the sink that leads into the sink faucet I would like to get a T put into the pipe so that we can connect a washing machine or something and upgrade the sink tap later. I would like to get these done soon or even today if possible.

We are currently doing a new build and in the pre plaster stage. We've been given approval by the builder to DIY the hot water pipe insulation. It is a single storey home, around 50-80m of hot water pipe to be insulated. It needs to be done before next Thursday before they plaster it.
