I’m looking for a licensed/experienced plumber to upgrade an existing shower setup. Current setup is a handheld/telephone-style shower with an existing mixer. We would like to replace it with an exposed bottom-inlet retrofit twin shower system in matte black, using the existing plumbing (existing mixer and water supply stubout) and without opening the wall if possible. The shower hardware will be purchased separately and supplied on site, so this task is for installation only, with any other consumables and tools to be provided by you. Hot-water mini-stop/isolation valve in our apartment laundry is leaking. The valve continues to pass a slow drip from the outlet even when turned fully off. The cold-water valve appears to be fine. Looking for a registered/licensed plumber to inspect and repair the hot-water mini-stop valve, or replace it if required. The valve is exposed and easily accessible in the laundry cupboard. Please let me know whether your offer includes call-out, labour and any replacement valve/materials, or if parts would be additional.

I have just installed a new sink and need a plumber to connect the sink to the waste

I'm looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair two issues in my bathroom: Toilet: The flush isn't strong enough and often requires multiple flushes to clear the bowl. Bathroom sink: The basin drains slowly because the plug/waste keeps getting clogged. I've cleaned it before, but the problem keeps returning. I'd like the blockage cleared and the underlying cause fixed if possible. Please bring any standard tools and parts you think may be required. Our gas hot water system has had poor hot water for the last few days. We’ve now noticed active water leaking underneath the unit with visible steam/vapour coming from behind the system. We’ve stopped using hot water and need someone to inspect it urgently.

We recently bought a house. Hydronic system seems to be working and was fine the other day but I’ve changed a setting on it when I was trying to figure out how to turn it off, now I can’t seem to get it to work again. No error codes, pretty sure it’s ‘operator error’. The hot water system is not lighting and needs a new thermocouple. Genuine service job please, we don’t want anyone who tries to sell a new unit. My gas storage hot water system (AquaMax 390SS-NG) has stopped producing hot water. The pilot light will not ignite. What’s happening: • The pilot is out and won’t relight • The red igniter button clicks, but there is no visible spark • Not sure if pilot gas is flowing • The big control dial turns, but pilot position isn’t responding normally • No flame appears at all

Looking for assistance to uninstall handheld shower head from one apartment, replace with original, and then install handheld shower head at my new apartment please!
