Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

We have a loose kitchen sink tap, we've had it tightened fitted in the past, I'd say we're possibly missing a part? If someone can come, please fit/tighten this tap.

I’m looking to install a dishwasher in an existing kitchen in a 1970s-built home. I’m after a licensed plumber who can handle the plumbing and connection side of the installation. I’m reasonably handy and will be purchasing the dishwasher myself and preparing the cabinetry space beforehand. The scope of work would include: Running hot/cold water and drainage to the dishwasher location Installing the required inlet and drainage connection to the existing sink Connecting the dishwasher once services are in place I’m happy to take care of any cabinetry modifications, finishing, and plasterboard repairs myself. The current kitchen utilities run through the dividing brick wall. There are also services in the roof above the kitchen, and the wall behind the cabinetry is accessible and standard plasterboard. Power is already available on this wall (currently supplying the cooktop). Overall, this should be a relatively straightforward job. I’m looking for a reliable plumber who offers fair and reasonable pricing.

Blocked toilet and showers basins smells bad

Need someone to reinstall a rainwater tank. The base was not built properly and the tank tipped over.

I tried to solder a DIY synth, but it doesn't work. There are a few cold joints and bridges on the power header connection that need to be fixed – but my soldering is atrocious, so I don't want to make it worse and have to concede to someone with skills.
