Find an experienced plumber in East Melbourne

I need someone to clean the hole I just drilled and setup the washing machine. There also seems to be no entry point in the sink for the drain pipe. Maybe need some plumbing experience to sort this.

Looking for qualified plumber to help take out the dish washer and to then install the washing machine. Currently it uses a non standard fitting - just a screw on hose clamp with flexible tubing from the kitchen tap inlet - I’d rather change the fitting to be able to accept the washing machine if possible. It only has coke water running to it currently

Issue details: Water appears to be leaking behind the wall (possibly from the shower head or taps) Water is coming through the skirting board on the outside of the shower wall No obvious visible leak inside the shower itself Additional request: Inspect the shower door and advise on / install improved sealing to prevent water escaping the shower (currently some water exits during use)

We have a problem with the kitchen tap. It keeps popping off, we have had it tightened twice before but I think the problem is that the wood is rotting from underneath and will need replacing.

The job will involve inspecting the crack, advising whether repair is viable, and if not, quoting to remove and replace the shower base, including removal and refitting of the glass screen and any necessary re-waterproofing and re-tiling. The bathroom looks like it needs a new shower valve cartridge as the temperature for the bath and shower keeps going cold then suddenly hot but mostly just cold particularly at night. Also the handle needs repairing. See photos.

Our kitchen tap (franke) has no water coming out of it - just had dishwasher repaired and was told the mixers are rusted and the tap is loose - most likely needs to be replaced - photos attached. Ceiling light globe in the toilet needs to be replaced, ladder needed to reach/unsure of fitting - photos attached.
