Find an experienced plumber in East Melbourne

Hi plumbers. Looking for a good plumber to help with a bit of a weird bathroom. Building is from 1950s and the bathroom was changed around 2014. I’ve demolished it (except for the slab they put in for the 2014 shower). On the left hand side, I basically want a washing machine/ sink on front left, toilet in the middle and bathtub/shower combo under window. Is this even possible ? Open to creative suggestions including false walls and bulkheads. All pipes exit under the window. 2nd floor apartment. Concrete slab/brick walls.

I need my showerhead changed over and a water filter attached as well. Don’t have the tools in the know how but I have the products ready.

Toilet (only one on premises) sewer blocked - happens every couple of years

Looking for a qualified and experienced plumber to assess and fix a suspected leak coming from our shower. Issue details: Water appears to be leaking behind the wall (possibly from the shower head or taps) Water is coming through the skirting board on the outside of the shower wall No obvious visible leak inside the shower itself Additional request: Inspect the shower door and advise on / install improved sealing to prevent water escaping the shower (currently some water exits during use)

Leaking bathroom tap. Unsure if tap can be repaired or requires a new tap. Job to be completed from Tuesday Jan 27.

Toilet is leaking into the basin, may be a loose part of replacement needed. I am accepting of offers of $180 - $200, which allows for about $40 worth of AT fees in addition to the quote. Thanks

Replace two shower heads with purhcased rain shower heads and one tap, plus install one kitchen tap with those purchased

Need to remove old shower head and install a new shower head with a diverter, pictures attached. I’m working from this Friday needs to be done morning or afternoon.

Two faulty taps and replace a sink tap

My tenant has reported 2 issues: - a leaking S bend pipe under the kitchen sink - a possible leaking toilet (sounds like it’s continually filling up the cistern). Looking for a plumber to help address these two issues as soon as possible.

Need a plumber who knows how to drain toilet so they can access the back of the toilet seat to re-attach the seat. The nuts and bolts have come apart, so it is loose and unattached. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 4 April 2023

As you’ll see from photos, my toilet seat has come off and I don’t really know how to fix - think it needs parts to hold secure? i also need someone to re hang the doors on this cupoard - you will see the hinges in photos Lastly I just need a print to be hung up on the wall.
