Find an experienced plumber in Brunswick East

I am looking for a plumber to assist with some odd jobs that need doing in the property we are moving into soon. Fixing a leaking washer supply tap in laundry and a loose tap in ensuite. Check/replace any other failing tap components. Install new plumbing for a plumbed in fridge - the fridge cavity is directly behind the laundry tub.

My dishwasher is blocked (thanks to an ex). I need it unblocked and cleared.

I have a dishwasher that I need connected to the mains water and drainage, which is very close to the unit.

I have old sealant inside and outside my shower that needs replacing. I would like it to be replaced with mould resistant sealant.

The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house. Please offer sensible quotes! We’ve noticed a leak in the bath upstairs and the water is running down the walls into the hallway downstairs. We’re unsure if this is coming from the tap in the bath or somewhere else but there is a lot of water around the bath from the tap (which we hadn’t realised at first) so we’re unsure if the leak was from this, or from when the bath was being drained
