Recessed power point in brick wall.

Accidentaly fell over and my elbow pierced the wall, blowing out the gyprock. Approximately 300mm X 300mm. I have the correct paint, just require a gyprock fixer to repair.

Experienced plasterer needed in Brunswick East for a kitchen bulkhead and related finishing work, plus an under-stairs cupboard. Kitchen * Build, sheet and plaster a new bulkhead above the overhead cabinetry. * Approx. 2.1 m wide x 325 mm high from ceiling to cabinet top. Final measurements to be checked on site. * Depth to align neatly with the front of the upper cabinetry. * Create a clean shadow-line/recessed finish above the cabinetry. * Install matching cornice across the new bulkhead and tie into the existing cornice. * At the tall fridge cabinetry, finish the nib wall neatly and return the cornice along the hallway side so it terminates cleanly at the nib wall, rather than wrapping around the short end. * Finish the short end of the nib wall flush and clean beside the fridge cabinetry, including the top junction shown in the photos. * Close and plaster the narrow gap between the island counter frame and services column (about 3cm x 90cm) * Finish exposed corners/edges, including corner bead, stopping and sanding where required. * Caulk/seal small gaps at plaster-to-cabinetry, cornice and wall junctions. * Leave ready for painting. Under-stairs cupboard * Complete/tidy existing plasterboard inside the cupboard, including the low sloping underside of the stairs. * Main unfinished wall area is roughly 1.2 m x 2 m or less. * Sheet over remaining exposed wall/framing. * Tape and stop joins, corners and screw holes. * Tidy rough/unfinished sections shown in photos. * Caulk small gaps where required. * Sand and leave ready for painting. Photos show the current condition and intended works. Job may require more than one visit for setting/drying between coats. Please quote for the full job and advise if materials are included. Looking for a licensed electrician for a few small jobs in my apartment: Diagnose and repair/replace one side of a double power point that has stopped working. Replace one bedroom downlight that is not working. Install a Dyson wall charging dock onto a plasterboard wall next to a power point. I have the Dyson dock and charger, but no wall fixings. While here, I'd also like you to check whether my 4 kitchen downlights can be converted to dimming and provide a separate quote. The 4 adjacent living-room downlights have previously been converted to dimming. Please include any standard small parts/fixings required in your offer and let me know if the power point or downlight replacement parts would be additional. Licensed electrician required.

To install new 2 x double power points in pantry in high rise apartment.

I had a splashback and timber pelmet removed from kitchen. Had the wall above kitchen bench however the gap above kitchen bench was not sealed and is a bit wide. Would like someone to hard plaster down to kitchen bench (angle bead may be required) and sealed with silicon before I paint. Please note existing wall is brick with cement render and hard plaster over. My plan is to redesign and replace kitchen joinery eventually but want this gap sealed in the meantime. I have had a new split system installed, which is much smaller than the previous one. The wall/cornices have been carved out to the shape of the old unit and now the wall looks damaged around the smaller split system. I need a plasterer to provide a quote and fix it. Ideallythe same person would install the cornice too to match the existing one, I have a cornice at home.

I need my tv mounted and cables hidden behind it with the installation of two double power points on the wall behind it. There is power close by to draw from on the wall beside it 2 meters away and I am ready and willing to help with the installation or anything else needed. Single story home with access to the attic and below the house.

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24x10mm holes, install using masonry screws. Manufacturer recommends drilling 8mm holes first, then expand to 10mm. I have the masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and rivet awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. Awning is delivered and ready to be installed. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1). I can also assist.

Using power tools, drill a very neatly finished hole though the shelf, to pass a cable down to plug in microwave.

I recently had timber box pelmets removed to 4 x windows in my apartment as am getting curtains installed. After removing the pelmets there are gaps between the window reveal and underside of wall/lintel to each room and partially to the sides of the window reveal. The existing walls are 300mm wide double masonry and there is a painted timber reveal, which extends 110mm past the window frame. I need a builder, carpenter or plasterer for 'make good' works to the gaps located at the underside of the lintel and window head and to the side reveals, to the windows listed below: Windows x 4: Living Room - 2670W x 1510H (Door - 2120H) Kitchen - 1810W x 980H Bed 1 & 2- 1820W x 1510H I have been advised that one solution would be to add FC sheet substrate between window lintel and reveal, fix this to the underside of the wall, add corner bead, caulk gaps and replaster to match walls. The wall is approximately 6–7 metres long with standard ceiling height. The space is straightforward with good access. This will be a main wall in a living area, so a clean, high-quality finish is important.
