I’m in Brunswick East. Need a plaster repair today. Small job - approx 50cm by 150cm.

Using power tools, drill a very neatly finished hole though the shelf, to pass a cable down to plug in microwave.

I recently had timber box pelmets removed to 4 x windows in my apartment as am getting curtains installed. After removing the pelmets there are gaps between the window reveal and underside of wall/lintel to each room and partially to the sides of the window reveal. The existing walls are 300mm wide double masonry and there is a painted timber reveal, which extends 110mm past the window frame. I need a builder, carpenter or plasterer for 'make good' works to the gaps located at the underside of the lintel and window head and to the side reveals, to the windows listed below: Windows x 4: Living Room - 2670W x 1510H (Door - 2120H) Kitchen - 1810W x 980H Bed 1 & 2- 1820W x 1510H I have been advised that one solution would be to add FC sheet substrate between window lintel and reveal, fix this to the underside of the wall, add corner bead, caulk gaps and replaster to match walls. The wall is approximately 6–7 metres long with standard ceiling height. The space is straightforward with good access. This will be a main wall in a living area, so a clean, high-quality finish is important.

I have a van with an awning but it’s too small so I bought a bigger one to install. I want to then move the smaller awning to another van i have. Both have roof racks to attach to

Looking to have 2/4 walls gyprocked finish. One wall is 4m high x 11.2 m long and the other is 4m high and 7m long (approx).

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24 holes, install using masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and assemble awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. One complication is that the wall is rendered brick, but we still need to locate and drill holes into optimal locations in brick, not mortar (as per manufacturer's pic). Awning is currently in manufacture (Sydney) and will be delivered. Job to start ASAP after delivery. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1).

We require two PowerPoints to be fixed. 1: Kitchen PowerPoint, one socket has stopped working. Black slimline cover. 2: Bathroom PowerPoint within cabinet, switch has become stuck. White slimline cover. We are looking for a qualified electrician to complete the work. Monday / Friday during the day or other days outside of hours is fine.

I have two speaker brackets I'd like to attach to a plasterboard wall. The brackets are one of each of these: 1. https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/symfonisk-wall-bracket-adjustable-black-40508718/#content 2. https://www.ikea.com/es/en/p/symfonisk-shelf-w-wireless-charger-black-70513308/ - The speakers weight 2.5 kg each + 1.5 kg for the heavier bracket (2) so 4.0kg load in total (+ torque etc) - They require 4 holes in the plaster for each bracket. - I don't need any help with setting up the speakers as I have done this myself already. - The wall is plasterboard, and we live on the second floor of an apartment block, and we do not need these mounted into the studs.

A plasterer or detailed handy person is needed to patch 2 large holes and a few screw size holes.

We have built a 2-room workshop in a brick factory. Builder will hang plaster sheeting, we need it stopped up. Stopped and sanded ready for painting. Clean up your own mess, skip available. Measurements: 43m2 of ceiling (8.4 x 3.6 and 3.6 x 3.6) with joins and screws 15 lm sq set against old brick (vertical) 16 lm sq set against old brick (horizontal) 2.7 lm of external corner 4.8 lm of internal corner 30 lm of horizontal wall joins 20 lm of vertical wall joins We need this done next week.

Goal: widen a recessed pelmet within a plasterboard bulkhead so it extends to the wall. Task includes: • Inspect area for electrical wiring or structural framing before cutting • if no issues found, cut back and widen the bulkhead/pelmet section to extend the window opening to the wall edge • Patch and plaster for a smooth, paint-ready finish Apartment in Brunswick East. Need 2x 1m curved areas re plastered after they were ripped out with the skirting boards. Need the plastering to be secure as new skirting boards will be attached on the area later
