The outlet is loose from the drywall and needs to be fixed again and sealed and sand and patch around the outlet. Other outlets need frame replacement and dimmer channel, they broke just wear and tare.

Looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and repair 3 wall power sockets in the kitchen area of my restaurant in Richmond, VIC. The outlets haven’t been working since we took over the venue around 6 weeks ago, so unsure if it’s a tripped circuit, wiring issue, or faulty outlets. Need someone experienced who can diagnose and fix properly.

Hi - my retractable awning on my balcony has jammed with a tangled rope. I need assitance fixing this. I suspect we will have to unfix the awning, pull it down to ground level, and then untagle the rope and put it back up. I am on the 3rd story, have access to a full sized ladder, and I am willing and able to be a set of hands that help. Thanks, Tom

There are 6 vents (one in wall - 5 in ceilings) - one large vent in ceiling- one large hole in ceiling - one small hole on corner of a wall - one small ceiling crack - one large ceiling crack. Richmond - there is parking - it is a house.

I need to hang this into my wall, but I don’t have the tools to punch two holes into my dry wall.

A section of blueboard (fibre cement sheet) has fallen off an external corner on the upper storey of my house (see first picture). The blueboard was originally added over exposed polystyrene panel ends at the corner junction when the extension was built around 15 years ago. It appears to have been adhesive-only fixed, which is likely why it failed. Scope of work: - Safe access to upper storey exterior (you'll need your own ladder/scaffolding) - Scrape back any degraded polystyrene surface to solid foam (it has been exposed for about a month) - Cut and fit new blueboard sheet to cover the exposed area - Fix with both construction adhesive and mechanical fixings (screws into frame) - Seal all edges with polyurethane sealant - Apply a skim coat of acrylic render to match surrounding finish on new board - not the whole wall - Painting is NOT included — I'll handle that separately While you're here I would like you to also seal the other corner (see last photo). Please include all materials in your quote. I am retired so flexible on timing. There is onsite parking.

Looking to patch and paint this hole in the wall

I have a failed inline ducted ceiling fan in a bathroom needing replacement. It's not hardwired - believe it's a standard 10A socket. You'll need a tool to open the manhole to get access and remove it. A large flathead screwdriver may suffice. (See first photo) Seeking install of power point and TV bracket in bedroom where ceiling meets wall above mirror. Either on the ceiling or wall. (See second photo) Price is for inspection, removal of fan and quote only. Further work will be agreed between parties. Must be licensed and insured.

I need help putting up a couple of coat hooks and securing 2 Ikea bookshelves to the wall so they don't tip. I tried to out the coat hooks up myself (see photo) but the anchors are falling out and I don't know how to fix.

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that.
