Hi there, I have all the bit's n pieces for the installation of the balustrade to be installed onto the stairwell. It has been purchased from Bunnings, so a DIY type of thing. The stairwell is two floors and I have the posts, Stainless Steel handrail which will need cutting up, wire, wire tension tools, all the joints and bit's n pieces. I need someone who can come and install it for me.The photos are of the stairwell and what was there previously. have rendering on the front of my house that is letting water in where the render abuts a large sliding door. I've had water leaking testing done by my insurer to isolate the location of the leak. I have a few other sports of rendering too to tidy it up and painting of the entire wall to make it all took the same/not patchy. If you were able to assist, I'd need an itemised tax invoice so I can prove to my insurer that I've carried out the repair works. I'm in Richmond and I am supposing you'd have to see the site to work out what's involved. I'd obviously like to start as soon as possible but anytime in the next few weeks would be OK. Apart from Thurs/Friday this week I'm around most of the time if you want to take a look. Either way, can you let me know if you're interested?

I need to paint a bedroom from light pink to white (picture); fix a small hole in and some missing paint in a closet (pictures) and a small crack in a ceiling where I light came loose (picture). Remove nails from 3 walls, fill the holes and paint over them. Previous owner of the property had them for hanging art. Remove screws from another wall where a CO2 detector was previously installed; then, drill for new screws and install a new one.
