Need some plaster board replaced that sits behind skirtings. There is about 2 metres in total that needs removal and replacing. In addition there is a small amount of mould that needs removal. Work needs to be done ASAP as the flooring is in the process of being changed and therefore need this completed before they can lay the new boards. In addition to what is in the photos, there is a small area (approx. 2 inches) on the opposite wall that needs replacement too.

Awning has come away from house on one side and needs new screw/affixing. Will need ladder to access as it is up high.

Looking to add 3 x new electrical power points (double points) plus wall mount 43 inch Samsung TV (simple bracket, already purchased). 1 new point behind tv, and 1 each under the desks. Qualified electricians only please. I need this power point removed and the original put back on with a wall mount/bracket to ensure it is secure, sits flush with the wall and is compliant. Currently as there is a wall cavity it is loose and not secure. Plastering fix up will be done after.

Fixing of power point socket/panel - I don’t think it need re wiring but needs to be removed, put back in properly and replastered.
