Wall Patch, Clean & Paint: Sugar-soap vertical condensation streaks on a bedroom wall. Patch/sand minor chips. Apply stain-blocking primer over streaks, then roll the single wall corner-to-corner using matching Whisper White for a seamless finish. 3. Bathroom Ceiling Remediation: Treat dark mould stain at edge with mould killer, dry, and seal with a stain-blocking primer. Sand a previous rough, raised plaster patch flat/flush. Roll entire ceiling with two coats of flat ceiling white. 4. Door Gasket Replacement: Remove damaged black rubber/vinyl weather seal on aluminum glass door (dog damage). Source matching profile gasket and roll into channel. File down sharp bite scratches on frame and touch up. 5. Windowsill Touch-Ups: Scrape loose, flaking paint caused by condensation. Sand smooth, apply timber primer, and topcoat with matching enamel trim paint. 6. Timber Floor Touch-Up: Lightly hand-sand greyed, worn timber threshold where dog scratches stripped the coating. Apply matching stain or wipe-on clear polyurethane to blend it back into surrounding floor. Please provide a labour quote and your earliest availability.

Hi there, I need an experienced plasterer or handyman to fix the uneven wall sections surrounding a window frame. The exact dimensions requiring work are: 1. Below the window sill: A rough plaster/render section measuring approximately 250cm wide x 90cm high. 2. Above the window frame: A stripped section surrounding the air vent measuring approximately 35cm high x 60cm wide. Both sections need to be built up, leveled out completely, and sanded smooth so they are flush and ready for me to paint later. • Important Scope Note: There are a few other jobs available in this room eventually, but please just quote for this specific wall area right now.

Looking for someone to complete some ceiling prep work before an electrician installs a new pendant light. Work required: Relocate the existing ceiling vent slightly to the side, away from the pendant location. Install a solid timber support/noggin between the ceiling joists above the pendant location to provide adequate support for the pendant. Install a new ceiling rose at the pendant location (ceiling rose supplied by me). Patch/plaster the ceiling where required, including the existing damaged area and any areas affected by moving the vent. Leave everything neat and ready for sanding/painting. The pendant and old ceiling rose have already been removed (see photo). Electrical work and installation of the pendant will be completed separately by my electrician.

Need someone experienced with concrete cutting to remove a small segment of concrete from my back verandah to make a straight edge. The concrete is 70mm thick and the segment is about 25cm wide and 130cm long. Need a neat straight cut to make it even with the line of the remaining slab. Need to supply own tools and remove if possible, otherwise cut up into a few smaller chunks so I can take care of it. Would love it gone on Monday, but am flexible. Prefer after 3pm tues-thurs or anytime Monday or Friday or weekend.

We have a small to medium hole in the drywall in our bathroom. The hole is approximately 8x10 cm and not near any light features or plugs. Ideally the wall would need to be painted afterward but we are mainly concerned about repairing the hole as we can do painting if needed.
