Need three areas of wall damage fixed: 1. First is an area where a light fitting has been removed above a window. This has been patched but I assume needs sanding and then painting. 2. An area in our room where nbn boxes have been removed. Needs patching and painting. 3. Small area where plaster has chilled of needs patch and paint. I will supply the paint but no other tools.

I need blown out plaster approx 38 linear metres altogether, repaired in several walls due to flooding. I would require than you come to have a look first.

Re-do joins in plasterboard, fix cracks, realign some cornices, re-install part of plaster archway that has come off and re-do corners in all the rooms prior to us repainting. Happy to quote in hourly rates.

Hi, Background - I had a water leak in my bedroom window and have stopped the leak through caulking inside and outside the windows. - This window will be replaced in a few months. - I have removed the insulation and plaster wall for mould treatment - Now ready to re-install new insulation and wall Work required - see attached photos. 1. Patch small gap hole where aircon pipe is - take a photo after you patched 2. Remove mouldy timber strip that was for laying carpet 3. Supply and install wall insulation (either Bradford or Earthwool) 4. Supply and hang new plaster wall ready for painting 5. Re-install floor skirting 6. Supply paint and paint entire wall and skirting. No need to paint windows as it is getting replaced. I need someone to complete this corner of the room. It will require cement solid plastering, plastering and the ceiling to finish as well. I want this to completely blend in with the room. Can provide the wall paint. Other materials need to be provided.

* This is a repost as previous task was expired Remove and dispose wall plaster, insulation and carpet There was a bad rainwater leak in my bedroom which made the plaster wall and carpet wet. They are now dry. I want to remove the wall plaster, insulation batts and portion of the carpet and underlay, so that I can inspect for mould and put in new insulation batts, plaster wall and carpet afterwards. Its only one side of the wall in the bedroom. The wall has a window. Size of the wall is 266cm x 480cm. Size of the window is 270cm x 112cm. See attached photos. I'm thinking the areas where there are electrical, phone outlets, and connection to aircon, to leave the wall plaster around them as it is and not remove it. Maybe like a 10-20cm margin. Bedroom is on the 3rd floor in a small townhouse. For the carpet, remove the carpet and carpet underlay about 50cm away from the wall, for the entire length of the wall You need to provide dropsheets to cover the bed and the floor, as well as a proper cover for the aircon.
