In order to fix a leak, a section of drywall was needed to be removed below the Air Conditioning unit so this cut out needs to be repaired. Section is approx 30cm x 40cm and I have kept the original plaster pieces if needed. Area needs to repaired/sanded/etc ready for repainting. Location is CBD near Southern Cross Station but parking is available on site if you have a small van or similar

Hi, Need some help completing very small plaster work on the walls (images attached). Need to be able to paint over the plaster work and a couple of small spots where paint has peeled off. Lastly, my cat has damaged the rubber seal in the balcony, images attached, need help fixing that.

Need to remove this and then plaster and paint to make the wall look straight. You should be able to do this on Wednesday, 21st February at 5PM. You should please bring the required material and do the task neatly. Removing old exhaust fan and patching plasterboard hole that measures 27.5cm x 27.5 cm. The old exhaust fan is electronically disconnected by the electrician but we left fan there as the hole is unsightly. I have got 4 of them that needs done.
