Please remove loose paster, patch cracks in solid plaster walls and sand (no painting). These cracks appear every year or so it doesnt need to look perfect. i will not be painting

Patch and paint hard plaster wall around 2 air conditioning split heads and adjacent PVC pipe covers. (These are new heads that are slightly smaller than the heads they replaced, revealing old paint & wallpaper.) Fix and caulk PVC pipe covers. See photos for details.
