Looking for an experienced plasterer to apply topcoat to 3–4 seating cieling areas. The first two coats have already been completed. Most areas have been sanded and are ready for the final topcoat. However, 1–2 small areas may require an additional base coat before the topcoat is applied. Looking for someone experienced who can achieve a clean, smooth finish. Please bring your own tools. Materials will be supplied. Please include your availability and quote.

Two holes in the paint / drywall (unsure what it is) caused by command strips which require patching.

Ceiling has 9.5cm diameter hole that needs repair. Wall has damaged area approximately 6cm diameter that needs repair. Both areas will need painting. I have a stepladder, and the necessary paint.

Patch a small hole in the plaster where an electrical cable used to run through.

Will need 1cm of plasterboard added to a thin strip of wall and "plastered/blended in". For context: Will be installing a cupboard/wardrobe and have been advised wall cavity isnt "big enough" hence why I'm extending the size of the cavity.

There are 7 holes in total with the largest being about 15 x15 cm.

Need three holes in a wall replastered. Paint is provided see photo. The large hole is 17cm x 8cm. The other 2 are far smaller - see photos.

Repair plaster where two gas furnace heaters have been removed. There are two vents into the adjacent bedrooms which have smaller holes which will also need patching.

Fix a small dent on plaster wall and paint it.

Hanging shelf with brackets underneath needing to be removed with drill. Wanting the holes to be filled with plaster ect. and may need paint over top. ( Rental- wanting to fill as if it wasn't there for the next tenant)

Need to get a large hole and small dent repaired, plastered and re- painted. Large hole is approximately 45cm long x 20cm wide and small dent is approx. 10cm long x 3cm wide. Job can be done from 30th or 31st December.

Plaster wall needs to be fixed at apartment at Parkville

Tape plastic masking around the opening and along the floor. Cut some framing members to fit the opening and stick two rows of thick expanding foam weather stripping along the face of the boards that will be pressed up against the opening and the floor. Assemble this rectangular frame into the opening with the weather stripping pressed up against the opening and the floor, and minimally screw the top and sides in place. This will only leave two or three small screw holes in the the top and sides to patch when you take it out, and the plastic layer will prevent the weather stripping from blocking (sticking to the paint). Complete the rest of framing on 16" centers like normal, cut them carefully so you can press then in place and put press the frame against the floor, which will not have any screws in it. Toenail the studs into place, careful with fastener length and placement so as not to drive completely through the framing members on the perimeter. Cover both sides in drywall, and stick tear away bead around the entire perimeter on both sides. Tape, mud, prime and paint both sides and then remove the tear away strip on the tear away bead. This will leave a nice straight clean edge all the way around, and then carefully trim away the excess plastic masking. Looking for a very sold, and clean installation that is completely reversible as I plan to demolish it in 2-3 years. have these wall bed frame panels that then need to be hang up for both sides.Thanks 🙏

Hi guys Sorry this is a last minute urgent request, if anyone is able to come today / tonight to help fix plastering in my kitchen, as I did a kitchen demo today, and have flooring coming tomorrow, I completely forget the fact I need to cover up those plastering abomination 😹 final pictures coming shortly, please see all upper cabinets are being removed as we speak

Inspect water damaged ceiling sagging. Replace plaster board and paint ceiling.

I need 60x15 hole in wall plastered. A rectangular cut out has already been performed. Just needs plastering and painting. I want it to be fully completed (plastered, sanded, painted base and top coat). - Due date: Before Sunday, 26 November 2023

We need to hang 196 x 78 cm fairly heavy IKEA mirror on a plaster board wall with a small gap to a bridge wall. Hi plasterer I am azit here from parkville. I am renovating bathroom and need to remove 238 cm by 9.95 cm lowest part of a wall tiles and to apply a plaster onto that area. We are applying tiles onto whole wall .
