I need some help with a few small jobs: • Repair the plaster where I removed a bathroom mirror. • Apply silicone to seal the gap between the vanity splashback tiles and the wall, where the mirror once covered • Repair a hole in the plaster caused by the front door handle. Please note that I do not require painting - just plaster board repair.

Our laundry requires the replacement of skirting boards, some minor plastering and painting. The skirting board total length is 588cm. There is a 10cm radius hole in the wall that requires plastering. Some further plastering touch up’s are required required before painting the laundry.

Source and install approximately five picture hooks to go in gypsum/lime plaster walls in a mid-century Home in Flemington. We need something sufficient for a couple of large prints that would weigh between 3 and 5kg, plus a few smaller prints. Day and time negotiable. We have a 65inch tv to be mounted to our living room wall. Mount is purchased. We believe the wall is lath and plaster and curious if the tv can still be mounted and even better internal cable management can be done.
