Need help to install a Chandelier light on the plasterboard ceiling. The light weight is 25kg with the cristals. However, the light fitting can be fitted without the cristal and after installation the cristals can be added. It will reduce weight during installation. You need to first remove the existing light fitting (500gm weight) which is currently fitted on the plasterboard ceiling and replace with the new Chandelier light fitting into the same place. You may need to install a new timber to hold the 25kg light. The ceiling can be accessible through the roof (tile roof) to install the new timber. This is a townhouse. To access the roof, the way would be to lift roof tiles, there isn't an access hatch or ceiling access. Note: all the installing accessories including the new timber need to be provided by you. Plaster small hole in wall - Due date: Before Monday, 21 August 2023

I recently had 2 pendant lights removed from my ceiling and i require the holes in gyprock to be fixed and painted, I have the ceiling paint. Ceiling height is 2.4m.

approximately 3 days work double side wall around 22 metres long, 3m height, square set, flush floor in concrete, 13 mm aquachek, ceiling already has grid frame

Plaster patches and cornice removed due to mould issue now ready to repair/replace. Must supply and install plaster and cornice. Including top coat.

Small puncture hole in thin plastacirine wall

Small job I have a hole in the wall approx 40 x 30cm that requires a professional plastering finish. Job is on the stairwell. In addition I have two small holes in a bedroom. One is 2cm round and another 10cm round.

Big hole in wall gyprock needed replacing on both sides (position wall) will send photos on request.

Looking for someone to both plaster and tile a kitchen splashback. Total Area to be tiled is 3.5m2 however plastering area is only 2m2. Mosaic Kit Kat tiles. Tiles, grout and silicone provided so this will need to be excluded from the quote.
