We have water damage in the upper corner of one bedroom where the wall meets the ceiling. There is a small section of damaged/broken plasterboard, water staining along the ceiling edge and a water stain running down the wall. Photos attached. We need someone experienced to: * Inspect and identify where the water is entering from, including checking the roof/gutter/flashing above this corner if required * Confirm the leak/source has been rectified or advise what repair is required * Remove any loose/water-damaged plasterboard * Check the surrounding plaster for moisture/damage * Patch/replaster the damaged section * Sand and finish ready for painting, preferably paint the repaired area to match * Check whether there is any mould or further moisture damage inside the cavity This is at our accommodation property in Buninyong/Ballarat. We would prefer someone who can attend promptly and complete the repair neatly as the bedroom is used for guests. Please advise whether you can also inspect/repair the likely roof or gutter leak, or if a roofer will be required separately.

Hi Airtaskers, I am removing some existing downlights with bigger size holes and a few achitrave switch holes. This needs to be done on Tuesday, 28th May around midday as we will be removing the downlights for you earlier in the day. And if you could come back and sand it down in the evening that would be great as well. Thank you!

New house plaster on have to remove and put in bin

Doorway has been plastered and had one coat of base. I need it to be sanded back both beside of the wall and coated again/ sanded ready for paint. There is one join that has not been touched at all so will need base coat on that. I have base coat & top coat here so only with need your tools
