I need level 5 setting plastering done to cover edges and smoothen the wall transitions.

I have opened up the living space and kitchen. I require gyprocking and plastering of the opened space. I also require some minor plaster repairs around the house. Can use old cornice to repair and continue kitchen cornice. See picture.

Completing my sunroom. There will be windows going across side by side and on the left a sliding door. So on top of all the windows and sliding door needs to be Gyprocked. I need the ceiling to be Gyprock. Also the brick wall needs to Gyprock to look like a frame as shown with blue indicated. So not the whole wall.

A wall that has suffered water damage needs to be tidied up with plastering. Feel free to quote painting as well but not necessary.

House with parking. 1. There are 9 ducted air con grill holes that need to be professionally patched. About 32cm by 32cm in size. Still have the gyprock cut-out for about 6 of them. So might need you to cut the other 3. 2. There are a couple of holes that need to be professionaly patched. Rough size of wall sockets . And 2 corner patches 3. There are 6 ceiling downlight holes that need to be professionally patched. See images attached to get an idea of the above description. I will need evrything done including sanding etc so it needs to be paint ready.. I will paint after. So painting is not required.

I have just recently had some electrical work done and patching done. I just need someone to come in and sand back some spots and paint the ceilings and walls where the work has been done. I've got the same colour paint for the walls, but I don't have ceiling white for the rooms or bathroom, so just thought it would be easier for someone who has that paint on hand, sanding and painting experience. There might be one or two small spots that need plastering as well, but very minor. If you have the equipment, this shouldn't be more than a two hour job I'd say.
