Need a painter for a days work in Rockdale. 2bedroom. Need 4 doors and skirting glossed. Living room and hallway walls 1 coat. Small apartment. I will be here to move stuff about and help.

I need painting for a one bedroom apartment.

Painting includes: - 2 bedrooms (walls, cornices, doors) - bathroom (ceiling, cornice, door) - hallway (walls, linen cupboards internal and doors) - front door (inside) - living area (walls, cornice) - laundry (ceiling, cornice, walls, door) The apartment will be vacant. See floor plan for size. (Kitchen, balcony and garage not required.) Preference would be for work to be completed by the 25th of September, but can be discussed. Paint to be provided by tasker. (One colour for everything - Dulux colour has been chosen). Some sanding may be required. Some scraping will be required in bathroom.

Repaint internal walls (2 coats) for a vacant 2-bedroom apartment – walls only, including living/dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Ceilings, doors, door frames, skirting boards, bathroom and laundry are NOT included. Walls are generally in good condition and only minor patching/preparation may be required. The apartment is vacant and easy to work in. Painter to supply paint and all materials. Standard economical interior paint is fine as the apartment is being prepared for sale. Please see attached photos and floor plan for the condition and size of the apartment. Looking for a reasonable, economical quote.

- Paint skirting for my apartment and a little bit above (I got floorboards installed so some painting is needed after re installing the skirting). - There are little gaps sometimes under the skirting, I will also need them gone. - Paint and equipment/material is not provided. Typical white skirting colour is fine.
