The apartment is small: one main studio room plus kitchenette/bathroom area. Ceiling height is approx. 2.5m. Rough sketch with dimensions attached. Scope Please quote for: - Painting internal walls, ceiling, doors, trims/skirting - Basic prep: light sanding, filling small holes/cracks, patching minor marks - Two coats of paint - Careful cutting in around windows, doors, cupboards, kitchenette and bathroom areas - Protecting carpet, floors, tiles, cabinetry, marble/bench tops and fixtures - Full clean-up afterwards Paint / colour Preferred colour is Dulux 'Snowy Mountains Half' throughout, subject to final sample check. Indicative finishes: Walls: Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen Ceiling: flat ceiling paint tinted to Snowy Mountains Half Doors/trims/skirting: semi-gloss or gloss enamel I’d prefer you to supply paint and materials, but happy to discuss. Tools will be yours. You will need to move furniture and cover them if required to paint the apartment. Job needs to be completed in 3 days. Free parking provided.

Patch up and repaint of whole apartment ceiling surfaces (2br and 2 bathroom apartment in centre of sydney cbd 2000) parking space can be provided for the painter as required.
