(Floor plan is attached). ​Wall Type: Please note the walls are solid concrete, so you will need to bring appropriate rollers/equipment for this surface. ​EXCLUDED: The bathroom is completely excluded from this job (no walls or ceilings needed in the bathroom). ​Ceilings: Included for all rooms, including the enclosed balcony. ​Feature Wall: Includes 1 feature wall (in the bedroom or living area) to be painted in a Pale Sage color. ​Condition: The apartment is currently completely unfurnished and vacant, allowing for easy and fast movement. ​What I will provide: ​All the paint (for standard walls, ceilings, and the pale sage feature wall). ​What you need to bring: ​All your own professional painting tools (rollers suitable for concrete, brushes, extension poles, ladders, painter's tape, and high-quality drop sheets to protect the floors). ​Requirements: ​Meticulous prep work (filling any minor small holes/dents, sanding, neat taping). ​Clean, sharp cutting-in (especially for the feature wall). ​Full clean-up and removal of equipment upon completion. ​Please quote your total price for labor and equipment. The job would involve painting my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is split over two levels, so the hallway space includes a higher wall area that will require scaffolding or other safety equipment. This task also includes pre-work (wall cleaning and the usual wall maintenance that you'd expect). Your quote should include cost of paint and all other consumables.

(I have another task for removing paint to reveal concrete on another 2 rooms which could be bundled with this task if you do both.) It is furnished, however I can arrange for furniture to be moved from room to room or to storage in parking basement myself during the project.
