I am in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment next to St Peters station and had a new floor along with new (unfinished) skirting boards installed. The majority of the gaps and nails were filled but there are a few spots that still need some extra filling in them. After these have been filled the skirting boards need sanded back, primed and then painted with a gloss paint. The total length is approx. 38 lm. I do not have any tools or painting equipment in my apartment so the person who takes on this task will need to take tools, paint and drop sheets etc. with them. I also have 2 bare white walls that could be doing with another layer of paint if the person is interested in taking on this task also. - Due date: Flexible

Need painting of 5x Internal doors and frames

Small bathroom, paint chipping off walls and ceiling, with some surface mould. Dodgy job done by landlord's contractors, so do not wish to go through them again. It looks as though they repainted over old cracks without sanding back, and used an unsuitable paint for an area where there is moisture. I need the current layer of paint sanded back. A layer or two of mould blocker primer applied, and then area repainted with appropriate paint. There is also a small hole in ceiling which needs repairing. Can provide primer and paint if needed. Including ceiling, area that needs painting is approx 7.5m2 all up.
