Experienced furniture disassembley to remove frames and shelving from old wardrobe. Doors have been removed. Experience required to avoid damaging walls and ceiling. Rubbish removal preferred but not essential.

Apply 2 coats of decking oil to the following (all areas will be clear of furniture and high pressure hosed): - front deck (approx 20m2) - rear deck (approx 50m2) - outside staircase. And, apply oil to 16 timber window frames. Decking oil supplied.

I have removed business signage from two white interior walls. Wall 1 is approx 3m x 2.4m Wall 2 is approx 2.5m x 2.4m Some silicone/sikaflex needs to be removed, a few patches applied where the signage pulled paint off, and then repaint the two walls. We have paint, but you would need to bring your own sanding gear (or whatever you need to remove the silicone/sikafex) and your own brushes/rollers. You must be willing to do a tradesperson safety induction as it is a commercial property.

Bathroom ceiling and small area of kitchen wall (see photos) need to be sanded flushed (paint ready) to prepare for painting.

End of lease. Need person to go get a door, replace and paint. Need person to have materials to fix a couple of chips out of the walls and paint a couple of door frames with scratches. Will pay for door and extra materials needed.

Note - Job must be done between 4th - 7th July, 2024: I need someone to patch up around a dozen small holes in my walls caused by hanging picture frames. The walls are mainly plasterboard and a few soft brick. The job includes filling, sanding, and potentially painting over the white walls for a smooth look.
