Replace soffit/eave repairs to side/back of house and fix end gutter as water hits house directly and isn't capped and need some minor repairs in that location. Two coats of paint to repaired areas (I'll provide paint to match). Provide eaves boards (approx 4 sqm) and cornice and gutter flashing/capping and all tools and other materials for the job.
