74sqm (this is accurate, see floorplan - all rooms except kitchen and bathroom) of solid timber to be sanded. Just want to do a rough job to get the paint off. No need to varnish. I'll have had carpet removed before the job. Flexible on timing but around early-august ideal. Please quote for inspection fee (and to do a test-sand a 1sqm patch in each room) in early august and then we will discuss full job in mid-august. House is in Darlington near Newtown.
