1 year old deck where colour faded little bit. Planning to apply deck stain again.

We have a very small settling crack that runs the width of our living room. Maybe 3 metres long. I have tried to fill it myself but failed ( I’m an amateur). You can see by the pics I didn’t sand it down as crack is still visible.

Hi there - I have 2 bedrooms that need painting. Recently prepared (plastered, and sanded) I am now at painting stage. Both rooms have a floor space of about 20sqmts and built in cupboards. Happy to get the materials, just really looking for the experienced labour. Keen for quotes.Need to be fully completed by 7th June if possible.

1 bedroom unit needs to be painted. Wall colour has been selected and ceilings will be what’s. Walls are concrete so should be an easy job. Just need to patch up a couple of holes where blind rods use to be.

2 bedrooms - partly done, needing joins, mudding and sanding.

We finished a renovation and the house has already been cleaned but there are a few things that don't look great yet so we're looking for someone to help make everything nice. [ Cleaning - Construction Dust ] We've mopped the floor and stairs multiple times and at first it looks great but an hour or two later the construction dust marks keep re-appearing - see photos. We're looking for someone who has experience in dealing with this properly. Regular mopping doesn’t work. Living, dining, TV room, walkway, indoor staircase, 3 bedrooms. A bit on the beams as well. Kitchen and bathrooms do NOT need to be cleaned (all clean already). [ Cleaning - Other ] • Clean fireplace - outside, inside, and the vent shaft • Clean the flyscreens across the house [ Paint Touchups] • Painter has missed the area under the bathroom vanity (see photo). Please help paint it. • The walls have a few spots where a bit more paint would make it look better. Touch ups. [Ikea Shelf] • Assemble one Ikea shelf and fix it to gyprock wall - see photo [ Ladder ] I need to check the serial number in some of my smart lights but I can’t reach them because I don’t have a very tall ladder (the lights are very high up; not normal ceiling height). If you have a tall ladder please help me find the serial numbers. If you don’t have a very tall ladder, that’s okay.

We have holes in our walls from putting TV cables through and hanging shelves/mirrors on the wall. We were leasing so we now need to patch everything and paint. The landlord says we can't paint just the part where we've patched, but rather the entire wall. I'm looking for someone to remove the nails, tv mounts etc off the wall, and patch and paint. The 7 walls that would need to be painted as a result are: - 3.2m wide x 2.7m high - 6.4m x 2.7m - 1.8m x 2.7m - 1.8m x 2.7m - 2.4m x 2.4m - 2.4m x 2.4m - 1.17m x 2.4 If we find there are marks on other walls that will be difficult to clean there might be 1 or 2 more walls. The paint colour is Lexicon 1/4 - low sheen [PROBLEM] In one of the rooms we also mounted a desk to the wall. We've taken the desk off and taken the screws off the frame but I can't pull it off the wall (see photo). Maybe they've used glue? Part of the job will be removing these, and if it damages the wall when removing then we need to repair the wall before painting. I need to give the apartment back to the landlord in its original condition.

There is a line under bulkhead on a wall where paint came off due to a party wall paper sticked on and paint came off when removing the wallpaper.

Paint touch up for walls, small area, just need to make sure won't be charged for bond refunding. I don't have the paint. I sticked a small hook on the wall, the paint broken when I tried to take down the hook-_- The size shows as picture 2.

We’re preparing the house for the painters. [1] Kitchen See Photo 1 and Photo 2. Kitchen cabinets will cover from 900 downwards (the purple line). But from 900 upwards it needs to be perfect so we need to sand it. Most of the holes here are for GPOs but there are 3 or 4 that need to be patched too. The front bumper of my Hyundai i30 GD needs repainting due to peeling paint. It may require sanding down the existing paint, applying primer, and then spray painting the entire bumper.see attached pics for damage and Color code

We’ve just demolished our kitchen including wall tiles which have left holes in the wall. We need to repair the walls and prepare for painters to come through. The new kitchen cabinets cover everything from the purple line downwards, so the wall below the purple line needs to be patched but doesn’t have to be perfect. It will be covered anyway. The wall above the purple line does need to be perfect for the painters.

Hi, A while back some tape was applied to suspend some lights on the ceiling. Unfortunately, where the tape was applied left marks on the ceiling. I would like to avoid the need to paint the whole ceiling and only paint the spots. There are about 15 of them as shown in the photos and the task would consist of identifying the right color of the ceiling and painting these spots with the same color. If the correct ceiling color can be identified (it is some shade of white), it should be a straightforward task. Usama

Paint all walls of a 2 bedroom apartment. White, to match the existing colour. There are two feature walls, one in each bedroom, they need to be painted in the same white color as the rest of the room. Fix the paint the corners on the door frames where paint has chipped. Fix the ceiling on the entry. Fix the ceiling spots.
