We have removed a wall and installed a ceiling. We need to patch up ceiling at few places, box around the beam and replace cornice with a standard cornice in living, kitchen and hallway. The total length of the cornice is around 45 meters.

We have a very small settling crack that runs the width of our living room. Maybe 3 metres long. I have tried to fill it myself but failed ( I’m an amateur). You can see by the pics I didn’t sand it down as crack is still visible.

Hi, A while back some tape was applied to suspend some lights on the ceiling. Unfortunately, where the tape was applied left marks on the ceiling. I would like to avoid the need to paint the whole ceiling and only paint the spots. There are about 15 of them as shown in the photos and the task would consist of identifying the right color of the ceiling and painting these spots with the same color. If the correct ceiling color can be identified (it is some shade of white), it should be a straightforward task. Usama

We have holes in our walls from putting TV cables through and hanging shelves/mirrors on the wall. We were leasing so we now need to patch everything and paint. The landlord says we can't paint just the part where we've patched, but rather the entire wall. I'm looking for someone to remove the nails, tv mounts etc off the wall, and patch and paint. There is a line under bulkhead on a wall where paint came off due to a party wall paper sticked on and paint came off when removing the wallpaper.
